| Major Expansion and Acquisition programme | |
Following a major acquisition and expansion programme, Diamond Discs Direct
are pleased to announce the completion of our new purpose built factory
in Devon, UK. Encompassing 44 thousand square feet it houses fully automated
production facilities, modern sales office and distribution warehousing.
Drawing on our considerable experience and a multi-million pound investment
in the latest machine technology, Diamond Discs Direct have ensured the
future manufacture of the highest quality products for sale on a truly international
scale.
Key to our achievement has been the acquisition of MG Spa Diamond tools
of Italy. A world renowned manufacturer for 40 years supplying customers
across the globe.
With vast experience and investment in the latest DR Fritsch fully automated
machine technology Diamond Discs Direct will develop existing international
markets by adapting and continually researching products to suit each application
and field of use.
Our final acquisition is that of Arrow Far East Abrasives, (now re-launched
as Arrow Industries).
The Arrow brand name has become one of the best known brand names in the
bonded abrasives market, and through its reputation for high quality and
performance the brand has become a global market leader, particularly in
the UK markets. With our sales and marketing team and modern warehousing
facilities at our new factory the Arrow brand is now well positioned to
meet the demands of both our UK and overseas customers.
